SUMMARY:Remembrance Day
DESCRIPTION:The 2018 Remembrance Day Ceremony will be held in the Sarnia Arena located on Brock Street this year in order to prevent issues with inclement weather as we remember the 100th Anniversary of the Armistice. \nThe parade route will also change this year. Parade participants will form up on Wellington Street near Front Street and proceed east on Wellington to the arena. There will be a brief stop at the cenotaph in Veterans Park to place five wreaths. The usual ceremony will take place inside the arena. \nIf you have ordered a wreath to lay at the cenotaph in the arena you must pick it up at the Legion prior to 10:00 am on Sunday November 11th and make arrangements for your own Wreath Bearer. \nThe Royal Canadian Legion Branch 62 Sarnia welcomes everyone back to the Branch for refreshment and comradeship. \n“We Will Remember Them”
